Senior Designers at Interact are important members of the design team. They are tasked with consistently producing and championing bold and unexpected creative work that is effective and enviable for our clients. Senior Designers will need to demonstrate a high level of conceptual thinking, and possess a passion and expertise of design.

As a leader of the Creative team, the Design Director is tasked with cultivating enviable work by inspiring the team to come up with big creative ideas that challenge categories, not consumers. You will spearhead the creative pushes on your projects as well as those of the broader studio, inspiring and leading designers to create bold and unexpected design work we aim to achieve. The Design Director will report to the Creative Director who will mentor and support your development as a creative leader at the studio while you mentor and develop a team of designers. DDs also work closely with the Strategy and Account teams and ensure strong client relationships.

Account Directors at Interact are an integral part of the Account team, as well as informing structure and processes to identify key areas of opportunity for our growing Account team. This role is expected to forge relationships with key clients and internal team members and work alongside the Chief of Staff to contribute toward a successfully functioning department.
