POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Project Manager at Interact Brands, you are a highly organized, proactive partner who serves as a connective hub between clients, account leadership, and internal teams. You support Account Leads while also owning day-to-day project operations, select projects as client-facing partner, tools, and communication workflows across select engagements.
Working closely with the full Account team, you ensure projects are clearly scoped, timelines are tracked, budgets are monitored, and next steps are consistently communicated. You play a critical role in maintaining project health through active use of project management tools, cross-functional coordination, and early identification of risks—while also contributing to the development of systems and processes that improve project flow for both Interact and its clients.
This role blends internal team leadership, client-facing support, and operational rigor to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Lead & Support
This role serves as the day-to-day client lead with upward support from an Account Director as needed.
- Support multiple projects alongside an Account Director, acting as a central point of internal coordination.
- Keep internal teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and next steps; flag risks or changes that may impact delivery.
- Join and lead key client calls to take notes, track action items, and send clear recap emails.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and scope changes; escalate issues and suggest solutions when needed.
- Manage Monday.com and other project tools to ensure project information is accurate and up to date.
- Lead internal project communications and support client communication when appropriate.
- Schedule internal and client meetings as needed.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial tracking in partnership with internal teams.
- Help improve project workflows, systems, and processes.
- Proofread or coordinate proofreading for client-facing materials.
- Translate client needs into clear internal direction to help teams deliver work on time and within scope.
KEYS TO SUCCESS
- You are highly detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills and an eye for accuracy across timelines, budgets, tools, and client-facing materials.
- You are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, using tools like Monday.com to maintain visibility, momentum, and accountability.
- You are comfortable engaging with clients in both a support and day-to-day lead capacity, building trust through clear communication and follow-through.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, coordinating across disciplines to drive projects forward.
- You are a systems-minded thinker who looks for opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and ways of working to benefit both internal teams and clients.
Finance & Operations Support
- Partner with internal team members on communications to guide invoicing and financial tracking in support of accurate and timely client billing.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of account-forward systems, workflows, and ways of working that enhance project flow for Interact and its clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years Account or project management experience in the creative agency, advertising, or branding industry
- Studio or agency experience with a focus on consumer goods (CPG), packaging design, and production preferred
- Experience working with the following tools:
- Monday.com or similar project management platform
- Figma or similar collaborative platform
- Hubspot or similar CRM tool
- Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
- Based in Austin or NYC with ability to work in our office two days/week a plus
- Knowledge of print production a strong plus
- Remote employees must be located in these states: CA, CO, TX, MA, NY, OR, WA

SALARY
$60,000 - $70,000
Starting base salary depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training/certifications, and education.
