Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Location: Remote or hybrid in Austin, TX, or NYC

Work Hours: 9AM-5PM MST

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a project manager working with Interact Brands you are a key organizer, communicator, and bridge-builder between external clients and internal teams, focusing on internal teams and in key instances, also on client-facing support. Working both with Account team project leaders and with the Executive Director of Growth, this process-oriented partner will ensure communication and next steps are clear for projects both for internal marketing, and for external clients while also monitoring project performance and team capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Account (50%)

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects with the internal team alongside an Account Director, Account Supervisor, or Senior Account Manager
  • Join key client calls, to capture detailed meeting notes, track action items, create post-presentation recap emails and communicate any next steps internally.
  • Monitor project deadlines, phase-level project budgets, and changes to project details.
  • Act as a lead for internal team communications, sharing updates to necessary external parties (including clients) when necessary
    • Liaise closely with third-party print and pre-press suppliers in partnership with Director of Production and Sustainability
  • Proofread documents, including client presentations or coordinate these efforts with administrative assistants. 
  • Create post-presentation recap emails
  • Schedule meetings as needed for internal project teams and client meetings where necessary
  • Work with a virtual administrative assistant to complete Account administrative support tasks and updates to project management system (Rocketlane)

New Business (50%)

  • Collaborate directly with the Executive Director of Growth and Agency Principal by joining new business calls, capturing detailed meeting notes, estimating and creating new scopes, and tracking and communicating action items and next steps
  • Coordinate the intake process and progression of new business leads, ensuring smooth movement through the sales pipeline while circulating timelines for feedback, along with any budgets, and proposal deadlines
  • Partner with internal department leads to review and refine initial project estimates, align on resourcing needs, and deliver timelines for prospective projects
  • Maintain and optimize the agency’s CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and clear visibility into all active and potential opportunities for the leadership team.

  • You consider yourself a communicative and confident self-starter with an eye for seeing the small details (inclusive of grammar and spelling)
  • You have a keen ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while adhering to deadlines, monitoring costs and changes, and communicating updates effectively
  • You are comfortable interacting with clients in a support capacity
  • You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, coordination role, managing multiple deadlines and priorities
  • You are a curious and innovative thinker who loves to work with a team to overcome challenges

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 2-3 years Account or project management experience in the creative agency, advertising, or branding industry
    • Studio or agency experience with a focus on consumer goods (CPG), packaging design, and production preferred 
  • Experience working with the following tools:
    • Rocketlane or similar project management platform
    • Figma or similar collaborative platform
    • Hubspot or similar CRM tool 
    • Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Based in Austin or NYC with ability to work in our office two days/week a plus
  • Knowledge of print production a strong plus
  • Remote employees must be located in these states: CA, CO, TX, MA, NJ, NY, OR, WA

SALARY

$60,000 - $70,000

Starting base salary depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training/certifications, and education.

This position is eligible for bonus pay.
